The doctoral research

Navigating Responsible AI practices in Digital Marketing.

AI can personalise, predict and persuade at extraordinary scale. My research asks what responsible practice looks like when those capabilities meet real marketing decisions.

The work examines how marketers can embed transparency, accountability and fairness into targeting algorithms, personalised content, customer-data use and marketing automation—without leaving ethics as a compliance afterthought.

I work where technology, business and human consequence meet. Over 15 years, I have led digital transformation, AI-enabled marketing and analytics initiatives—experience that now grounds my doctoral inquiry in the decisions organisations actually face.

Alongside my doctoral research, I advise and coach teams on generative AI adoption, digital transformation, responsible AI implementation and practical automation—especially where marketing, customer experience and organisational readiness overlap.
