I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Emerging Technologies at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, in academic collaboration with UpGrad, with a specialisation in Generative AI. The program is designed to integrate advanced academic research with practical industry applications in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
I have completed the foundations of the doctoral research, which included the following modules on Foundations of AI & Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Its Variants. Generative AI and Pre-Trained Models, Responsible AI, Applied AI Innovation, AI Project Design & Execution, Doctoral Writing & Research Methods
I am now in the dissertation phase, working on my research titled “Behind the Click: Navigating Responsible AI in Digital Marketing.” This dissertation examines how marketers can incorporate principles of transparency, accountability, and fairness into AI-driven systems, particularly in areas such as personalised content, targeting algorithms, customer data usage, and marketing automation. The goal of my research is to provide practical and ethical frameworks that guide the responsible adoption of AI technologies in digital marketing, benefiting CXOs, brand leaders, marketers, and policymakers as they navigate the AI-enabled future.
